Bill joined CCCOnline as Dean of Academic Affairs in 2023. He leads academic change management processes within CCCOnline as CCCS establishes the Colorado Online @ Consortium. He has more than 20 years of higher education leadership experience, serving in vice president, dean, and assistant dean positions with three community colleges, including Red Rocks Community College, and as assistant dean of the Morgridge College of Education at the University of Denver. In these roles, he supervised and mentored faculty and staff, and worked to provide student support and resolve student academic issues. He has developed and taught courses and workshops at both the community college and university levels. Bill holds a master’s degree in higher education administration and a bachelor’s degree in journalism, both from the University of Missouri.
