CCCOnline Students . . .

  • "Access Your Student Records" actually allows you to login and get your personal information about your grades and personal information.
  • "Register" If you’ve forgotten the registration process, this information will guide you through the steps.

  • "Pay Tuition" This is pretty self explanatory
  • "Order Course Materials" How to order your course materials through the "standard" bookstores or using financial aid.
  • "Set up your Student Email Account" If you haven’t done this already, instruction is given here on how to set up your student email account through your "home" college.

  • "Drop or Withdraw" Links to the Student Wiki for instructions on how to Drop or Withdraw

 

Access Your Student Records

  • Go to CCCOnline Home Colleges Information Table - and click on the "Apply, Register, Drop/Withdraw" link (second column from the left) for your home college OR access your student account via your home college's web site and log in
  • Enter your Student ID (begins with an "S") and your 6-character PIN
  • Click "Enter"
  • Click on Student Menu and choose the area of your records you’d like to access

Contact Financial Aid

Financial Aid services are also provided by your home college. You can reach Financial Aid from the links on the CCCOnline Home Colleges Information Table.

 

Pay Tuition

After you have registered, pay or make arrangements to pay for your course(s) by your home college’s DUE DATE. If you have not paid by the due date, you will be dropped from your course(s) for non-payment. Remember your registration is not complete until payment is made. You can pay tuition by clicking on your home college link (credit card payments only) in the CCCOnline Home Colleges Information Table or by contacting the cashier at your home college.
